Dealing with Failure

Have you ever been knocked down by failure? Have you ever put your all into something only to see it fail in the end?

There are times when we get discouraged by something that didn't turn out the way we had planned. Maybe we try a certain project several different ways but it never seems to work out.

When we're climbing up "failure mountain", we may feel that we can't seem to do anything right. Everything we do ends in failure. We'll probably even be scared of trying new things because we think we'll fail.

But we've got to remember that failure is part of everyday life. And instead of looking at it as something bad - we should see it as a learning experience for what not to do next time. Because we can't have success without failure. I like how Albert Einstein looked at failure:
"Failure is success in progress." ~Albert Einstein
The fact of the matter is that when we try something new, we're not always going to get it right the first time. In fact, it may take several different tries before we figure it out.

So failure isn't bad. It's a sign that we're trying new things. It's a sign of growth.

No one likes to fail. But what if we looked at our failures as learning experiences instead of embarrassments? What if we learned from the failure and kept trying? What if we didn't give up after just one failure, but instead saw that failure as a key to future success?

Remember, when you get knocked down by a failure, don't stay down. Get back up! And keep trying.
